See the whole system. Focus on the levers that matter most.

Growth, transformation, and scale depend on how well strategy and execution connect across the business. I help leaders align strategy, investment, operating model, and execution—then focus the organization on the changes that will create the most value.

A systems view of performance

Growth and productivity are not separate agendas.

Sustainable performance comes from balancing two questions: Where should the business grow? and How must the business operate differently to make that growth profitable?

The answer may involve clarifying business strategy or improving execution. It may require a stronger go-to-market model, product transformation, process optimization, improved cost and delivery structures, or new organizational capabilities. Usually, it is a connected set of choices—not one isolated initiative.

My starting point: understand the full performance system before deciding which levers to pull.

The system in action

Each case began with a different constraint, but none was solved in isolation.

My work spans the growth and productivity levers: defining strategic and investment priorities, redesigning operating models, strengthening cross-functional execution, building new workflows and capabilities, changing cost and delivery structures, and creating the management system to sustain performance.

01 · Growth Levers: Segment, Product, Go to Market

Created a new growth engine beyond the core market.

The challenge: Customer retention was declining, while this largely untapped segment offered an opportunity to diversify revenue and create a new path to growth.

What I did

As GM with P&L accountability, I led the scale-up and expansion of an emerging business line, from defining the opportunity and business strategy to designing the go-to-market strategy and operating model. Together with a cross-functional team, I aligned product, marketing, sales, enablement, and customer success around shared priorities, incentives, and market feedback. This integrated approach helped us move quickly, land and expand a new customer base, and build the company’s fastest-growing business line.

02 · Productivity levers: process, data, people, capabilities

Built the operating system for scalable global growth.

The challenge: Disconnected sales and marketing data and processes left global teams misaligned, driving inefficiency, higher costs, and an inconsistent customer experience.

What I did

I led the strategy and design of a unified global revenue system including the evaluation, selection, negotiation, and implementation of the technology behind it: marketing automation, CRM integration, and a data analytics engine. Technology enabled the system, but the larger transformation was organizational—aligning people, roles, culture, processes, success measures, incentives, and governance across marketing and sales.

03 · Systems integration: strategy and execution

Created a management system that connected strategy to decisions.

The challenge: Priorities crossed business-unit boundaries, but planning and performance management happened in separate functional lanes.

What I did

I established an enterprise strategy management practice and performance management system, formalizing annual and quarterly planning and OKRs, optimizing the operating model, and aligning growth execution across marketing, sales, and global product management. Leaders used shared measures to surface dependencies and make trade-offs together, turning strategy into an operating cadence.
